Sometimes we may experience symptoms that we think are “normal” or “just part of our personality,” and we don’t even realize that it could be something more serious.
Personally, I’m not a fan of labeling anyone; I only use this term so it’s easier to understand. In life, we all encounter anxiety at least once sooner or later.
I want to emphasize here that anxiety is NOT a disease, and there is nothing wrong with you.
It’s simply suppressed emotions coming to the surface that need to be resolved. That’s all…
Symptoms that may indicate a state of anxiety include:
Inner restlessness
Chronic worry, overanalyzing
Perfectionism
Avoidance of social life
Self-isolation
Chronic fatigue and lack of energy
Insomnia
Problems with anger, irritability
Mood swings
Difficulty concentrating
Muscle tension and shallow breathing
Fears, phobias (e.g., worrying about what others think)
Excessive sweating at night
Breathing difficulties
Trembling of the body
Rapid heartbeat
Dizziness
Chronic stomach pain and nausea (even if the doctor says everything is fine)
Stress
If you recognize yourself in any of the symptoms listed above, it’s important to take action as soon as possible to prevent things from worsening.
If we continue to suppress negative emotions, “sweeping them under the rug,” it can lead to serious illness—mental or physical.
When I show people the true root of their struggles and how simple it is to resolve them, they are extremely enthusiastic and grateful.
The question for you is… how quickly do you want to free yourself from this?
Hug,
Kim
