SPECIAL PROVISIONS REGARDING EVENTS ORGANIZED BY THE COMPANY

  1. All events are recorded and photographed. By registering for an event, you consent to being photographed or recorded as part of the audience, and such materials may be used for promotional purposes (social media posts, advertisements, etc.).
  2. Once you register for an event and pay the admission fee, refunds are generally not possible, except where tickets are purchased by a natural person and the withdrawal right is exercised within 14 days from the purchase date.

If you become ill before the event or are unable to attend due to force majeure, the amount paid may be transferred as credit toward a future event or one of our higher-value services.

If you attend the event and, upon its conclusion, believe that it was not worth the amount paid, please notify us within seven calendar days and we will refund your payment without further questions.
